Video: Video versions include on-camera facilitation and a slide deck. This version is convenient for viewers with access to computers, tablets, or screens.
Audio: Audio versions include a “podcast style” presentation of the material. The focus is on emphasizing learning and teaching entirely through spoken words. This is especially convenient for listeners with limited training access to screens such as drivers, delivery specialists, etc.

MAGIC® Basics
A brand new digital product that gives an overview of MAGIC® Basic Concepts. This video gives insight into the importance of MAGIC® to deliver outstanding customer service experiences and general ways to implement concepts in everyday interactions. This is not a substitute for any MAGIC® program, but it’s a valuable resource to experience MAGIC® for new customers and it can be used as a new employee introduction or refresher for those previously trained in the program.
MAGIC® Basics includes your brand (logo and company name) in the intro and closing.
